Job Description

We are recruiting for an additional permanent receptionist to work at our Manchester clinic on Mondays to Fridays 09:15 - 18:30 only. Sometimes one or two Saturdays a month to cover holidays. This is for a start in 4 weeks time, but can consider candidate who need to give notice to current employers. Minimum of 3 days up to 5 days a week, can discuss individual requirements with a candidate who prefers part time or fulltime. If parttime we need someone who can do three consecutive days. Previous experience in the beauty/cosmetic or medical industry is required.

The successful candidate will be very presentable, professional, reliable and highly efficient. There will be scope to offer treatments to increase baseline advertised salary. Commission also paid on sales of products.

Proficiency in social media marketing is a bonus but not essential

Good telephone, computer and people skills as well as good communication skills are required.

Job role will involve:

Answering the phone

Booking appointments

Replying to emails, social media messages

Filing client records

Help with keeping the clinic clean and tidy as per cleaning policy

Maintaining stock levels

General admin duties
