Now Hiring: Receptionists for Manchester City Centre Wellness Studio

About Us

At Stretched, we're redefining recovery through assisted stretching. A cutting-edge wellness experience designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Located in the heart of Manchester City Centre, our studio offers a fresh, welcoming space where clients can relax, recharge, and feel their best. This will be the 3rd Stretched Studio to open in the UK along with Glasgow and Edinburgh.

We're growing fast and looking for friendly, organised, and professional receptionists to join our team and be the face of Stretched.

The Role

As a receptionist at Stretched, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences from the moment they walk through the door. You'll handle front-of-house duties, manage therapist diaries, and help keep the studio running smoothly, all while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

We are currently recruiting for:

2 Part-Time Receptionists

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phone calls and manage client bookings Provide information about our services and packages Manage Stretch Therapist schedules efficiently Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting reception area Assist with basic admin and studio tasks

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a receptionist or front-of-house team member Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure A professional appearance and genuine passion for wellness A qualification in office administration is a bonus, but not essential

Shift Patterns

Alternate Saturdays & Sundays Two evenings from 4pm-8pm Holiday cover as needed
Commission Structure is also in place.

Additional hours

will be available to cover holidays and sickness.

Flexibility is key. Y

ou must be available to help cover shifts during holidays or staff absences.
