We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately into our systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Utilise Autowork for various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
Qualifications
Strong administrative skills with a focus on clerical duties and data entry.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Previous experience in an workshop or motor trade environment is advantageous but not essential.
A professional demeanour with outstanding interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
Full UK Driving licence preferred
