As our next

Receptionist

, you will be the warm, welcoming face of [Hotel Name] and the first point of contact for every guest.


You will:

Welcome and check-in guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle reservations, queries and payments efficiently Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest journey Provide support and cover for the front office team on short notice Bring your personality to the role and make each guest interaction memorable

This is a

casual contract

, ideal for candidates who are flexible with shifts (including weekends and holidays) and live locally to allow for

last-minute availability

You'll be trained in all front-of-house operations and safety procedures to ensure confidence in your role. Plus, we'll offer you a one-night stay at the hotel so you can experience our guest journey for yourself!



Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Remains calm and solution-oriented under pressure Is confident using hotel systems (training will be provided) Speaks fluent English - other languages are a plus! Lives locally or can reliably commute at short notice Has the right to work in the UK

Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential - we value your attitude and willingness to learn.
