We are looking to recruit 1 receptionist, required for 3 days per week (Mon- Wed) for 10 hours per shift (8:00- 18:00).
Must have
Strong communication skills
IT literate
Experience in customer facing admin environments
Job Purpose To perform roles and duties as agreed with Customer. To project a positive image of the company. To assist with administration duties.
Main Accountabilities To perform all duties as laid down in the Assignment Instructions. - To control access / exiting of the premises ensuring the signing in procedure is implemented - Wearing correct uniform supplied by Premier Support Services only and conducting yourself in a professional manner.
