Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
Answer telephone calls promptly and manage patient enquiries professionally
Book and manage appointments using our practice management software
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date patient records
Handle emails and other correspondence efficiently
Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document prep
Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for admin tasks
Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient journeys
Skills and Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities with a focus on detail
Confident phone manner and professional presentation
Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Fast and accurate typing and data entry
Experience with dental or medical software (especially SFD) is a bonus but not essential
Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
