As Receptionist at the Nethybridge Hotel, you will play a key role of the effective running of the front of house service. You will need to ensure all guest are efficiently met, greeted, check in/out and that any administration is completed to a high standard.
You must have a focus on making an excellent first impression and an unforgettable experience for our guests. Therefore, clean presentation and strong communication skills are a must.
Often operating on the front line, you will be the real ambassador of our company, and you will be committed to consistently delivering high standards.
Some of the duties you'll undertake in this varied role include - telephone enquiries, reservations, preparing invoices and taking payments from our guests, conducting end of shift/day banking, and preparing for the shift ahead, dealing with group enquiries.
Working 5/7 days including weekends and bank holidays this is a 40 hour working week on a shift pattern of 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm some occasions shifts will be 11am - 7pm or 12pm - 8pm.
