The Dragonfly Hotel in Kings Lynn is set in a convenient location just off the A10 and A47, providing easy access for the team. Team have the opportunity to work across the restaurant, bar, guest rooms and event spaces, supporting leisure and business throughout the year. The hotel benefits from a supportive team environment, opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of hospitality and to contribute to shaping guest experiences.


We're looking for two individuals, who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service.


To succeed within the

Hotel Receptionist

role you must have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

taking reservations, dealing with guests' enquiries and assistance, check-ins and check-outs, taking payments, answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
