Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, clerical work, and maintaining office supplies.
Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain an organised reception area that reflects the professionalism of the company.
Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
