We currently have a
full-time Receptionist vacancy
at our beautiful location overlooking Kerrera and the surrounding area.
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create exceptional holiday experiences from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling guest queries promptly and efficiently
Managing our booking system (creating bookings, responding to emails and phone enquiries)
Overseeing our small on-site shop selling camping spares and gas
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a receptionist role is essential
A background in hospitality or hotel reception is highly desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a
full-time position
, primarily Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional weekend work as required.
