The Receptionist & Office Coordinator is responsible for delivering a professional first impression while supporting the efficient operation of a corporate office. This role serves as a central point of contact for employees, executives, clients, and visitors, ensuring a well-organized, welcoming, and highly functional workplace.




What will you be doing?




Greet clients, executives, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Manage high-volume incoming, emails, and inquiries, routing them appropriately Maintain a polished, professional reception area reflective of corporate standards Coordinate visitor access, security protocols, and guest registration Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts Coordinate meeting rooms, conference technology, catering, and executive support needs

What we are looking for?:




Previous experience in a customer facing role as a receptionist or Office Coordinator Clear verbal and written skills, active listening, professional phone etiquette, and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with everyone. Competency with office software (MS Office, scheduling tools), data entry, and using office equipment (phones, printers) Multitasking expert with a calm and empathic demeanour Proactive adaptable individual who can adjust to changing requirements and new tasks
