Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office tasks, data entry, and possess excellent organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle data entry tasks accurately
- Utilise computerised systems including Exact, Outlook and Microsoft.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards at all times
Skills:
- Proficient in office procedures and administrative tasks
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform clerical duties effectively
- Competent in typing accurately and at a reasonable speed
- Familiarity with Google Suite and ability to computerise tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
