Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the hotel's property management system (PMS).
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Process guest payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
Handle guest complaints or requests promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organised front desk area.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
