To provide high quality customer service via reception, face to face telephony, and electronic communications, and to support customer contact to any areas of the company.
To provide a professional front of house service at Vivacity sites. ensuring that customers and visitors receive the best possible service.
To act as first point of call to customers and visitors as receptionist fulfilling all reception duties
To always provide excellent customer service
Dealing with customer enquiries, compliments and complaints relating to any areas of the business face to face, via telephone, email, letter, or similar in a professional, positive and efficient manner
Providing information & helping to solve customer issues in an effective and timely way
To be responsible for the collection of monies and cashing up in accordance with set procedures
To operate the till systems, take and process payments and receipts
Day to day liaison with site managers and staff, processing of documentation, disseminating relevant information and chasing outstanding queries.
Use of various management system and databases
Taking information from customers and entering it into the appropriate database
General office duties i.e. filing, shredding, scanning, photocopying etc.
To contribute to office and phone cover
To carry out administration tasks as necessary
To maintain a knowledge of services offered and confidently communicate them to customers
To answer telephone calls promptly in a professional manner
To record suggestions and/or complaints from members or visitors and inform the appropriate persons
Flexibility in working, including evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working on a shift rota basis
Able to travel to any Company facility and undertake work as necessary
Any other duties as assigned
Experience in delivering great customer service (E)
