We have an exciting new vacancy for a receptionist to join our team at The Waterside Hotel. This 105-bedroom Aberdeenshire hotel is conveniently located just 2 miles from the centre of Peterhead, with easy access to public transportation offering guests a comfortable stay and access to explore the nearby attractions of this charming coastal town.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site. Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
