individual to join our front-of-house team, ensuring every guest receives a

memorable and personalised welcome

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for

handling guest enquiries, managing reservations, answering calls with professionalism and efficiency, and overseeing daily banking procedures

. You will also work confidently with

our hotel booking and CRM systems

, ensuring seamless communication between departments. An

eye for detail and a passion for outstanding service

will set you apart, as will your ability to confidently

upsell

our amenities and experiences to enhance each guest's stay.
