The post holder will be responsible for providing reception support for the CAMHS Inpatient Team. This will include receiving and greeting family members, service users and their carers into the reception areas along with other administrative duties commensurate to the grade.
The post holder will be interactive with the general public, nursing, medical staff, professionals and other Trust administrative and clerical staff and will ensure all reception processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner to ensure an efficient reception and quality service to all users.
The reception service opening hours are at present, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. A flexible approach to working is essential.
Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.

To provide a receptionist service which assists in the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for staff, visitors and young people; working within all relevant policies, standards and with particular reference to those relating to information governance, safety and security.
To undertake administrative/clerical duties in support of the professional team working without direct supervision and using initiative.
The post holder will be based within the Specialist Services Network on the Prestwich site although there may be a need to work from a different base but this will be within the Trust footprint; there is a need for working flexibly throughout the Network as required.
