As our
Receptionist
, you are responsible for assisting with guests needs to ensure the guests receive efficient and high-quality service. Our ideal candidate is reliable, a strong communicator and possesses good manners. We want a

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
To provide professional, friendly and efficient Reception service to all guests of the hotel, whilst achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.
Create and take advantage of sales opportunities in order to maximise hotel revenue.
To welcome all guests on their arrival and assist them in a courteous, helpful manner with registration and when checking out of the hotel.
Answer telephones promptly and correctly to maximise business and minimise guest frustration.
Be fully aware of daily activities in the hotel and ensure knowledge of hotel facilities and promote them whenever possible.
Maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the reception area and other departments of the hotel.
Take personal responsibility in a guest situation to ensure that it gets resolved efficiently and follow-up to ensure that the guest leaves feeling satisfied.
Have a flexible approach to the hours you are required to work and always work as a team.
