Receptionist

We are currently recruiting a Full time and Part Time receptionist to join and strengthen our friendly reception team. Candidates must be organised, well presented, have excellent customer service skills, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, work well as part of a team and ideally have at least 1 years experience in a similar high standard establishment, but not essential. The rate of pay for this role is negotiable dependant on experience.

Duties

Your day to day duties will include:

Check guest in and out Taking telephone enquiries Answering emails Making reservation for the hotel and the restaurant Cash holding and banking Hours will include working either early or late shifts on a 5 out of 7 day basis (part time role is 3 out of 7 day basis) . Shifts will also included working weekends, there for flexibility is essential.
