The Role:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to cover our showroom reception on Saturdays, with additional holiday cover throughout the year. This role is key in ensuring that every visitor to our showroom receives excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing appointments and logging enquiries
Handling general administrative tasks to support the team
Keeping the reception area presentable at all times
About You:
Confident, professional, and approachable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to cover holidays when required
Computer skills essential
