Job Description

Swallow Tree is a family run holiday park located in a prime coastal location within the Pembrokeshire National Park. We offer a 5guest experience, a turnkey service for our private owners and a leisure complex that is available for our local communities to enjoy.
This part time role is evening and weekend shifts with some lone working required. Our new team member will need to demonstrate organisational and customer service skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the work of a small dynamic team with the ability to work independently

Provide a welcoming environment for guests and a seamless check in and check out process

Reception duties: first point of contact in our leisure complex, and for our private owners and guests

Good communication with all teams on the park is essential to providing the exceptional level of guest services that is key to our success

Problem solving and working with the team to resolve guest and leisure queries quickly

Accuracy is essential when taking bookings and payments

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication skills essential

Experience of Excel and Word essential

Previous experience of reception work desirable

Proactive and reliable

The ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional customer service

GCSE Maths and English or equivalent essential

Current First Aid qualification desirable
