We are looking for outgoing and organised individuals to join our Team manning Opera House Casino's Reception on a part-time or full-time basis. This is the first port of call for of our guests and a vitally important element of the business.
Full training will be given in all areas of the job
The main funtion of the role is to actively assist in the operation of an efficient, professional and welcoming admission point within the legal requirements of the Gaming act, other legislation and company procedures, including:
Administration
Registering guests in accordance with Company procedure
Managing deliveries
Taking phone calls
Maintaining confidentiality
Security
Compliance

Up to 38 hour contract, night shifts including weekends.
