What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team. This is a part time positon,


As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organisation. You will be our front of house representative and will be required to provide assistance to visitors and outside professionals, showing visitors to where they need to be.


You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.


General duties, to include: Answering the telephone, referring calls, entering data on the computer, printing/scanning documents for filing.


The tasks required are varied and interesting.


The right applicants must have: Good IT Skills, good English and math skills, excellent telephone manner, flexible approach to work, ability to prioritise workload, good communication skills, able to work on own initiative with good organisational skills and adhere to confidentiality at all times.
