We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised receptionist to join our front of house team at our leading private hospital Enhance Medical in Solihull, 970 Stratford Road. This is a full time role offering flexible working hours, ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced, patient focused healthcare environment.
As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivery exceptional service and ensuring the smooth running of our reception and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- welcoming patients and visitors
- Managing incoming calls/ emails and inquiries efficiently
-Scheduling appointments and coordinating with the clinical staff and patient care-coordinators on clinic days.
-Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- handling payments
-Preparing clinics
- data inputting
- Safety checks completed
-calling GP's and ensuring we have the information we require.
Preparing theater files and supporting further administrative tasks across other departments when required.
This role requires experience as a receptionist within a clinical setting, strong communication skills, English speaking is essential.
The shifts will vary from 7am - 3.30pm and 10:30am - 7pm and a rota will be provided, weekends will be required.

- previous reception or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
