Location: The Little Haven Hotel, South Shields.
Varying hours per week on a rota basis. Early shifts are 07:00am-15:00pm and late shifts are 15:00pm-23:00pm.
Details Previous reception experience essential must be competent in handling a high-volume switchboard answering calls for all departments within the hotel and have an excellent telephone manner.
The candidate will be computer literate have good word processing skills and have a good eye for attention to detail and will be a team player.
Duties to include:
- Cash handling.
- Checking guests in & out and taking reservations.
- Dealing with Walk-ins and new telephone enquiries, show customers around the hotel if no one is available from the Sales Team.
- Taking bookings for events, meals and special occasions.
Knowledge of Reslynx booking systems desirable however full training will be given.
Must be flexible in hours of work and be customer care orientated
