We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
Support the team with any additional administrative duties as required.
Skills
Proficient in computerised systems with strong data entry skills.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with office procedures and administrative practices.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
