BodyWorx Health Clinic are looking to recruit a part time Receptionist to join one of the fastest growing private health practices in the South.

14/18 hours per week:

Wednesday & Friday 9 - 5 (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Saturdays 8:30-12:30 (optional)

There will also be the requirement to cover sickness/holiday of other Reception Staff, when required.

12.5 per hour plus performance bonus.

This practice is very well established and has a very strong local customer base. Our core services are Chiropractic, MSK Therapy, Sports Therapy, Podiatry and Acupuncture. Our secondary services including shockwave treatment, personal training, and prehab/rehab - we also have an inhouse Pilates Studio and a Private GP.

BodyWorx are always looking to grow and expand and also provide the most current therapies to our patients. The new Receptionist will be a vital element in our growth. The clinic has a staff filter down approach, the better the practice does as a whole or in one area means everyone benefits.

Your Role

You will oversee the day to day running of the clinic and report to the Clinic Director. You will be first port of call for staff and patients.

Reception duties of answering inbound calls, post in/out, emails, ordering office supplies. Basic clinical testing procedures. Basic cleaning. Helping clinical staff. Responsible for day-to-day organisation and management of the clinic. Identifying areas of improvement. Taking responsibility to run the clinic under the direction of the Clinic Director. Genera adhoc reception and admin tasks.

Requirements

You must be friendly and outgoing and put the needs of the patients above all else. A minimum of 1 years' experience in a client facing role. A minimum of 1 years' experience in reception. Ideally experience in working in a clinical setting A work hard play hard attitude
