Saturday - 7.30am-5.00pm (9)
We are looking for a candidate that also has the flexibility to do overtime on occasion in order to cover annual leave and sickness.
Job Overview:
This is a very busy, challenging, and varied role.
Working in collaboration with our Physiotherapists, the successful candidate will be required to perform a wide range of tasks. These include, but are not limited to: -
Call handling - Managing client enquiries. Booking in clients. Managing client cancellations. Communicating with insurance companies. Providing appointment advice to clients.
Managing email correspondence - From clients, Physiotherapists, and insurance companies.
Building rapport with clients - Both over the phone, and in person.
Greeting clients - Providing a warm and memorable first and ongoing impression. Helping clients to feel at ease.
Helping clients with their queries - Over the phone, via email, via our online booking page, and in person.
Data entry - Practice Management Software. Excel spreadsheets. Microsoft Office.
Sorting mail
Signing for & unpacking deliveries
Managing online bookings
Taking payments - Via card, phone, or our virtual terminal.
Corresponding with other departments - Management, therapists, accounts, and marketing

Has at least 2 years of administration, receptionist, or similar experience
