We are looking for a bubbly and super-friendly receptionist who can give our patients a 5customer experience and have the ability to sell treatments.
Experience dealing with all customers is important and an understanding of data protection or GDPR is very important. You must be confident speaking to patients in person, on the telephone and also dealing with emails.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
```Skills```
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Note: Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
Experience with social media management is a plus, but no required.
