We are looking for a Receptionist who will deliver an excellent standard of customer service by communicating sympathetically and courteously with our PDSA clients.
As part of our busy hospital reception team, you'll be responsible for welcoming clients, handling telephone enquiries, promoting client contributions, and managing essential PDSA documentation.
This job is suitable for those who are highly resilient and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, working flexibly in line with changing demands.
The role involves a flexible shift pattern, with hours spread Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (5 hours per day), plus one Saturday morning in six on a rotating schedule. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
About You:
Our pet hospitals operate at a fast pace, so we're looking for candidates who are well-organised, possess strong communication skills, and have a professional telephone manner. You should be confident using computers and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
