Receptionist

to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Role Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Checking patients in and preparing them for their appointments. Setting up and tidying treatment rooms for patients and injectors between appointments. Managing and organising clinic orders and stock. Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations and maintaining a clean, calm environment.

About You

Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with clients. Organised with good attention to detail. Reliable and able to manage your own time. Experience in a clinic, salon, or customer-facing role preferred (but not essential). Must be self-employed and able to invoice for hours worked.
