We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join a well- established family run global car business based in Overseal. It is important that you are extremely well presented, have excellent communication skills and provide a professional and efficient service.
You will be providing administrative support and perform numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Overseal, Derbyshire
This is a full time role with weekend work, 9am - 5pm approx. Working 3 out of 4 Saturdays.
Primary responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support.
Alert management about cancelations or new meetings.
Handle information requests.
Prepare correspondence.
Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
Manage spreadsheets.
Greet and receive visitors.
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Maintain office procedures.
Operate office equipment.
Handling all incoming calls - Receive and relay telephone messages.
Compliance administration, including archiving and document control
Producing invoices and letters
List is not exhaustive and you will be do other ad hoc tasks as required.
