Are you an organised and confident communicator with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a proactive and professional individual to join our school reception team.
You will support the school's effective organisation and management through greeting visitors as the first point of contact, managing/screening telephone calls, supporting with student attendance data, dealing with general queries, and providing administrative assistant to the school's wider teams as required. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression.
To be successful in this role you will have a good level of numeracy and literacy, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be a team player with a positive "can do" attitude, flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience within an educational setting would be an advantage but is not essential.

The post is permanent, 28 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday. In addition, 10 Saturdays are required to be worked throughout the year from 8.10am to 1pm, on a rota basis.
