We are seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist and Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and support. This role also involves making outbound calls to clients and customers to promote services and gather information.
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist Sales role for a three-month period, located in London Eastham. The receptionist will manage phone calls and correspondence, greet and assist clients, maintain office records, and provide general administrative support. The role involves handling clerical responsibilities and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Receptionist Duties, Clerical Skills, and Phone Etiquette
Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
Proficiency in office tools and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in a client-facing or administrative role is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training as a receptionist is beneficial
Requirements:
Proven experience in reception or tele calling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email)
Any experience in Legal Sector preferred but not essential.
