Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records..
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Handle correspondence via email and postal mail using Microsoft.
Support team members with various office tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in using computerised systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
