An opportunity has opened to join the Welcome Centre team at Celtic Haven Resort, to cover our busy period, with a possibility of a permanent role going forward. This is a three day per week position, the main shifts required will be Friday's and weekend work is essential to this role. Immediate start.
Celtic Haven is home to 30 holiday cottages in Lydstep near Tenby and has a host of onsite facilities including an Elemis Spa, pitch and putt, gym and swimming pool.
We pride ourselves on delivering an enjoyable experience for our guests and as a member of the Welcome team, you will play an intrinsic role in ensuring their stay at our resort is as positive as possible.
Duties will include:
Taking holiday bookings
Managing our booking system and third-party sites (such as booking.com)
Handling calls from customers regarding our various facilities
Providing excellent customer service to onsite guests
Working with staff across our various departments to maintain high standards
Previous admin experience is beneficial for applicants but full training is provided.
