Job Description



The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for customers at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. creating invoices, ordering parts, quoting customers, booking jobs, calling customers, doing returns, administrative work, and general tidying up).

Responsibilities

Creating invoices

Ordering parts / returning parts

Interacting with customers in person and on the phone

Giving quotes

Booking jobs in

General admin

Acting as the first point/face of the business

Qualifications/Skills

High school diploma or relevant work experience

Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Excellent communication skills

Willing to learn

Can deal with pressure well

Can adapt to situations quickly

Experience as a receptionist is useful but not required, as long as you can interact with new people easily.

Hours: 25-30 per week, Monday to Friday. Hours can vary between 9am and 3pm.

Start: Immediately / Early September
