Job Description

This is a busy, front-facing role that requires excellent organisation, clear communication, and a strong, team-oriented approach. Keep reception and meeting areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked with refreshments and marketing materials. Handle occasional internal calls and assist with holiday or sickness cover for the main telephonist when required. Handle post, deliveries, and general administrative duties. Provide cover for the other Receptionist during holidays or absences (and receive the same support in return). Support the Business Support team with scanning, filing, and diary management.
