We have an opportunity for a part time front of house receptionist to deliver excellent reception services and manage a programme of pop ups and events initiatives. A team player, you will work alongside a job share reception team.
You should be confident, personable and immaculately presented with proven experience in a similar role.
Hours
Thursday and Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Lunch break/comfort breaks agreed as a reception team and taken to work around busy/peak times.
Salary
12,963 per annum (13.84 per hour)###
Key Responsibilities
Reception responsibilities
Working alongside a job share team, you will take pride in meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
General administration as required
Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders
The Building
Managing contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution
Supporting the building manager as required
Pay particular attention to the health and safety of the building
Marketing responsibilities
Working collaboratively as a team, you will research, develop, manage and promote a structured events / pop ups program - aimed at delivering a community vibe and offering activities to increase enjoyment during the working day. This may include weekly exercise classes, larger seasonal events, freebies and offers
Work closely with the onsite cafe, adjacent gym and local business community to maximise promotional opportunities for tenants
Work as a team to develop a newsletter to promote activities and initiatives to tenants

Personable with a confident manner, radiating positive energy and able to deliver impeccable customer service
Enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy multi tasking
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft office competent and proven experience in managing social media content
Experience in a similar role/commercial property environment; in a front facing customer service role
