We are looking for a receptionist to join our Site team.
Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about making a difference in your community? We are looking for a welcoming and reliable Receptionist to be the face of our centre, supporting the smooth running of our facilities and helping us create an inclusive space for everyone.
Our Charity:
Manor Farm Community Association is a registered charity delivering a wide range of community services and activities for the people of Walsall including education, recreation, care, social, cultural, leisure and sporting activities and a whole lot more!
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will:
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls and respond to general enquiries
Manage bookings and payments using our system
Support the coordination of facility use
Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
Assist with basic admin duties as required
What we are looking for:
Friendly and approachable manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
IT proficiency (training provided)
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Experience in customer service or reception (desirable, not essential)
Days: Every Wednesday
Times: 3pm - 10.30pm
Rate of Pay: 12.21 per hour
(Flexibility is essential and cover will be a required throughout the week where needed)
