Due to an internal promotion and continued growth, we are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and will require a proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

Duties
Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking detailed yet concise messages and assisting when appropriate
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Fast and accurate audio typing, accurate production of correspondence and documents using digital dictation.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Managing incoming and outgoing post duties.
Managing stationery inventory and processing stationery orders.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. .
Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, ensuring timely responses.
Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.
Skills,
Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience in an secretarial or receptionist role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Attention to detail in data entry and clerical tasks to ensure accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
