Front of House - Dental Receptionist

No.22 is West Kirby's new home for aesthetic and implant dentistry -- a beautifully restored space offering clinical excellence in a calm, welcoming environment. We're looking for a friendly, organised and confident Front of House team member to be the first and last smile our patients see.

What the role involves:

Welcoming patients into a calm and luxurious setting Booking appointments with clarity and care Managing patient communication with warmth and professionalism (in person, by phone and online) Supporting the clinical team with a smooth day-to-day schedule Taking payments and ensuring all admin is completed accurately Playing an important role in the start and end of every patient journey Contributing to the positive, friendly atmosphere of our close-knit team

What we're looking for:

A warm, confident communicator who loves working with people Someone who is polished, professional and genuinely caring Highly organised, with great attention to detail Experience in a dental or medical reception role preferred (but not essential) Comfortable with digital systems and patient management software
