We are looking for a

Receptionist with strong sales experience

to join our growing team in Glasgow. This is not a traditional reception role - it's at the intersection of customer care and sales, making it a fun, dynamic, and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Your role

As the face of our clinic, you will:

Be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel welcome and cared for. Proactively engage with patients, explaining treatment options and guiding them through the consultation process. Drive sales by effectively presenting our dental implant and cosmetic solutions, ensuring patients understand the value of our treatments. Support with administrative duties including scheduling, patient follow-up, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with our clinical and headquarters team to provide a seamless, best-in-class customer experience. Uphold high standards of professionalism and contribute to a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.
What we are looking for

We will be a great match if you:

Have proven experience in sales (essential)

, ideally within a healthcare, dental, beauty, or premium service environment. Are confident, outgoing, and able to build trust and rapport quickly. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain services to patients. Are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment. Have a compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in helping people improve their health and confidence. Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is a plus, but not essential - sales expertise and customer care skills are key.
