You'll manage reception duties, post handling, and phone enquiries, as well as support meeting room bookings and general admin tasks. You'll work closely with our friendly team and liaise with partner organisations to keep things running smoothly.What you'll need:Excellent communication and organisational skillsA professional and approachable mannerAttention to detail and confidentialityConfidence using phones and basic IT systemsIn return, you'll be part of a supportive, values-led organisation focused on improving health outcomes for all.   • To provide reception service in a busy Yate Office
  • Answering a busy telephone line
  • Other Administrative duties eg scanning, photocopying, ordering stationery, managing messages on a teams channel and outlook inboxes

  • Experience of using a variety of IT systems including Microsoft Office
  • Experience of using a wide range of office equipment (i.e computers, faxes, photocopiers, switchboard)
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably in a customer facing or receptionist role

  • Previous receptionist experience
QualificationsEssential
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Relevant knowledge and experience or NVQ Level 2 in business administration
Desirable
  • oAwareness of policies and procedures regarding Confidentiality and Data Protection and ensure these are adhered to with regard to patient records and information requested over the telephone.
