We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to act as our front of house and also perform a credit control function for the accounts department.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, good communications skill, have a great manner and friendly attitude as well as great organisation skills.
Duties
Credit Control. Calling and emailing customers for payment of their account.
Sending out invoices, statements and debtor letters
Taking credit card payments, cash payments and setting up direct debits.
Banking cheques and posting mail
Greet customer's as they enter the building and direct them accordingly.
Setting up customer accounts and storage unit contracts
Managing storage container bookings
Answering Calls and dealing with customer queries
Filing, Matching and Scanning
Dealing with mailbox queries
Support the finance team with other admin tasks, ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Skills
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address financial discrepancies efficiently.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software Sage is preferred but not essential.
Good timekeeping and attendance is essential.
Ability to report into management with a can do and willing attitude.
