We are seeking a polished, articulate, and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our team in our newly renovated Glasgow City Centre clinic. This is a key role, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring every interaction, in person, on the phone, or in writing, reflects the quality and professionalism of the Clinetix brand.

What You'll Do

Welcome every patient with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with clarity, courtesy, and efficiency. Coordinate appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations using our clinic booking system. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless, discreet, and well-organised patient journey. Handle payments and cash with precision and security. Maintain an immaculate, inviting reception and waiting area. Manage reception administration, patient records, and confidential information with absolute discretion. Act as a trusted key holder, opening and closing the clinic as required.

What We're Looking For

A natural communicator; articulate, engaging, and able to adapt your style to suit each client. Previous experience in reception, premium hospitality, luxury retail, private healthcare, or other high-touch customer service environments. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Confident using booking systems or CRM platforms. Calm, organised, and poised under pressure. Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, welcoming demeanour. A proactive team player who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience.
