We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
- Maintaining and updating office records and databases.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and managing diaries.
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring a well-organised workspace.
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
