Job Description
Guildhall Surgery are seeking a Receptionist to join the team.
This role is maternity cover for a full-time working 34 Hours per week.
Monday 8:00am - 18:30pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 18:30pm
Thursday 8:00am - 18:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 18:30pm
You will be assisting patients - both face to face and on the phone - and undertaking a range of other administrative duties including making appointments with the Doctors and Nurses. Prior experience in a Doctor's reception and use of 'EMIS Web' will be a distinct advantage but not an absolute requirement as training can be given to the right candidate.
Annual leave entitlement is 5 weeks.
We have some flexibility over the starting date but are targeting a swift recruitment.
