Your Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for a Reconciliations Officer, within the ADM Investor Services business based in the City of London. The role will report to the Senior Reconciliations/Delivery Specialist. You will reconcile all broker accounts on a daily basis.



The main responsibilities of this role is to:Produce daily broker reconciliations. Liaison with brokers to resolve problems. Manage cash excess/deficit of brokers. Process all corrections on a timely basis for clients and broker accounts. Assist with the delivery process resulting from futures expiries, liaising with clients, brokers and Clearing Houses. Manage Option Expirations.

Your ProfileMicrosoft Office - Intermediate level. CASS proficiency essential. Good understanding of trading processes. Knowledge and understanding of GMI desirable. Knowledge of the FIS CD Reconciliation system. GCSE/A-level standard preferred but not essential. Previous experience of Derivatives Business environment.
