Role summary:



We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruiter and Office Coordinator to join our growing team at White Rabbit. This role combines end-to-end recruitment for our production team with office administration duties to support the smooth running of our Oxford bakery office (Chalgrove - OX44 7RW).

You'll play a key role in finding, attracting, and supporting great people, while ensuring the office remains a welcoming, efficient, and well-organised environment.

What you'll be doing:



Recruitment & HR responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience Track and support applicants throughout the interview and hiring process Liaise with recruitment agencies for production staffing needs Conduct telephone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with production managers Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs Write and post engaging job adverts that highlight key role aspects Support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives Oversee key parts of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and promotions Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the CRM system Process monthly timesheets and collaborate with the finance team on payroll Act as a first point of contact for employee grievances, following the correct HR process
Office Administration responsibilities:

Coordinate general office and production admin tasks Support cross-functional teams with various administrative needs Help maintain a positive, productive workplace culture
You'll be working in our office based in Chalgrove (OX44 7RW). We're typically on site five days a week, but we offer the flexibility to work from home one day per week. Please note the salary is 28,000/year pro rata (based on 20h/week).

Enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to take initiative and work in a small team Strong written and verbal communication Confident with using MS Office Previous experience in Recruitment/HR preferable but not essential. Must have own transport due to rural location
